Use Claude with your real work, not just a chat window

Claude Power Level 2 is a hands-on course that helps you set up Cowork, connect a workspace folder, install useful Skills and explore Scheduled Tasks. It is designed for people who already understand the basics and want Claude to become part of their actual workflow.
By the end of the session, you should have a working Cowork environment, at least one useful file created by Claude, practical Skills installed and a Scheduled Task you can continue refining after the course.

Who this course is for

This course is designed for people who are already comfortable enough with Claude to start using it for more advanced workflows. You should either have completed Claude Foundations Level 1, or already be comfortable creating Projects in Claude.

Understand Claude's desktop environment and connect a workspace folder so Claude can work with files on your computer.

Skills

Install and use practical Skills for Word documents, spreadsheets and repeat workflows.

Scheduled Tasks

Set up a task that runs automatically and understand where automation fits into your working week.

The session runs for 4 hours, including a short break. The structure keeps the course practical, with setup time, guided demos, hands-on exercises and enough space for Power-level questions.

Hands-on exercises

You will not just watch a demo. You will use Claude during the session and create outputs that live in your own workspace.
Create a Word document

Use the docx Skill to create and refine a professional one-page business document.

Create a spreadsheet

Use the xlsx Skill to build a tracker or budget with clear structure and formulas.

Fetch useful information

Use a relevant public URL to create structured notes or content ideas.

Set up a Scheduled Task

Create a repeat task and run it manually once so you can see how it works.

What you should walk away with

A working Cowork setup

    Bootcamps run with a minimum of 5 participants and a maximum of 15 participants per session. If a session fills up, we will offer the next available date. If the minimum number is not reached, the session may be moved to a later date, and registered participants will be contacted ahead of time.

     

    Frequently asked questions

    Do I need to complete Level 1 first?

    Level 1 is recommended, but not compulsory. You do need to be comfortable creating Projects in Claude.

    Do I need a paid Claude account?

    Yes. This is a Power-level session and requires a paid Claude account, Pro or above.

    Do I need to install anything?

    Yes. Please install the Claude desktop app before the session and confirm that you can log in.

    Is this suitable for complete beginners?

    No. If you are brand new to Claude, Claude Foundations Level 1 is the better place to start.

    Will I leave with something useful?

    Yes. The goal is to leave with a working Cowork setup, installed Skills, at least one file output and one Scheduled Task.

    Can Teams attendees join?

    Yes. Teams attendance is available, but the desktop setup works best when you have installed the app before the session starts.
